Bryn Cefni Industrial Park

The project formed part of the Bryn Cefni Industrial Park development on the Isle of Anglesey; constituting a section of advanced highway and utility infrastructure required to service multiple development parcels. The works comprised the construction of an access road and associated drainage and utility connections.

Appointed as CDM Principal Designer in Anglesey by the Welsh Government, Egniol collated preconstruction information for dissemination to contractors including utilities, ground conditions and site investigation information.

During the construction phase, Egniol undertook site visits on behalf of the client to confirm site set-up and welfare was compliant with the CDM regulations, to monitor health and safety on site during the construction phase, and to provide guidance with regard to the discovery of suspect asbestos containing materials in excavation arisings.
